VesperStone Institutional Fund is a global, multi-strategy fund in formation, to be domiciled in Luxembourg. It is designed to give qualified investors access to private and alternative markets through a fully agnostic investment approach.
The fund is designed to be unconstrained across geography, sector and stage, allocating capital from early-stage venture capital to late-stage growth, pre-IPO opportunities and select private equity transactions.
The fund is designed to combine indirect exposure through established fund managers with direct deployment through co-investments and special situations. Co-investment opportunities and dedicated SPVs may be made available to investors alongside the fund.
The portfolio is intended to include allocations to real assets, real estate, energy and data infrastructure. By bringing venture capital, growth equity, private equity, select hedge strategies and real assets into one platform, the fund aims to operate across market cycles with institutional discipline in portfolio construction and risk management.
